Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain automation and control systems.
- Provide technical leadership in the development of operational technology (OT) solutions, including PLC, DCS Controls, SCADA, CPM, and OT equipment.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all aspects of automation and control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of automation and control systems into existing operations.
- Develop and implement OT network and access control strategies.
- Contribute to the design of network infrastructure to support automation and control systems.
- Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and security of automation and control systems.
- Conduct system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of latest developments in automation and control technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in automation and controls engineering, preferably in the Energy industry.
- Proven experience with automation, controls, implementation, operational technology, PLC, DCS Controls, SCADA, CPM, OT equipment.
- Strong knowledge of OT Network, access control, and network design.
- Familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP system.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological developments in the field.
