Job Details
Duties and Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and contribute to long-term technical solutions and strategies of the engineering department
- Own backend services related to the identity and e-commerce needs of the entire company
- Compliance, privacy, and security planning and implementation
- Build, deploy and monitor services in a cloud environment
- Build, maintain and improve automation tools
- Able to work effectively in ambiguous settings with minimal guidance
- Detail-oriented approach to designing APIs and maintaining services
- Ability to work gracefully under pressure
- Always be thinking of ways to improve performance and stability
Qualifications
- 10 years professional experience
- Bachelor's in software engineering, computer science, or related
- .Net framework, .Net core, Entity framework, SignalR, REST
- Database administration (MySQL or related)
- Backend/web development programming languages (C#, JavaScript, Typescript, PHP)
- Cloud Backend Development with AWS (RDS, EC2, Security policies and network)
- Windows server 2016, IIS, soft firewall
