Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing environmental planning projects from inception to completion.
• Conducting and overseeing environmental impact assessments and compliance efforts.
• Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Engaging with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental planning, environmental science, or a related field.
• 6 years of experience in environmental planning with a focus on California projects.
• In-depth knowledge of CEQA and NEPA processes.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• A proven ability to navigate regulatory frameworks and build effective relationships.
