Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily banking, accounts payable, and accounts receivable transactions
- Detect and resolve issues with Cash, AP, AR, etc.
- Expense categorization and accruals
- Conduct month-end closing process
- Prepares month-end, quarterly, and year-end closings, journal entries, and account reconciliations for review
- Prepare monthly closing files for fixed assets, prepaid, accruals, etc.
- Prepare supporting documentation for monthly variance analyses
- Prepare financial information and schedules for external auditors during an annual financial audit
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or other related fields of study
- 1 - 3 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting principles
- Understanding IFRS and SOX is a plus
- Experience with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize is a must
