As a Commercial Roofing Superintendent, you will oversee and manage all aspects of roofing projects for commercial buildings.
Your role will involve leading a team of skilled roofer crews, coordinating project timelines, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining safety standards.
Qualifications :
Proven experience 3 as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent or a similar role in the roofing industry
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, installation techniques, and safety protocols.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate a diverse workforce.
Sound understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as required.
Relevant certifications or licenses in roofing or construction (e.g., OSHA certifications) would be an advantage.
