Are you a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for optimizing supply chain operations? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Permanent Supply Chain Manager. This role will be instrumental in driving the strategic direction of our supply chain processes by leveraging your experience in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, and ERP Systems, preferably Oracle. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations, ultimately contributing to our company's success.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities will include

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aimed at promoting operational efficiency and business growth.
• Oversee and manage the entire supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and inventory control.
• Utilize ERP systems, preferably Oracle, to automate and streamline supply chain processes.
• Coordinate with various departments to forecast demand and ensure the availability of products when needed.
• Identify potential bottlenecks in the supply chain process and devise effective solutions.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and optimal cost-efficiency.
• Implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stock holding costs and maximize stock control.
• Conduct regular performance analysis to assess the effectiveness of implemented supply chain strategies.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in supply chain management to drive continuous improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain management role, with proven experience in inventory management and ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make well-informed decisions.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving a common goal.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems for supply chain management.
• Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to secure the best terms from suppliers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
• A keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A deep understanding of the latest trends and best practices in supply chain management.
