Job Details
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field. A relevant associate degree with significant experience may also be considered.
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or the ability to obtain licensure in the applicable jurisdiction.
Proficiency in using surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser levels.
Familiarity with surveying software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools for data analysis and mapping.
Strong understanding of land surveying principles, techniques, and methodologies.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and challenging terrains.
Prior experience in land surveying for civil engineering projects is preferred.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to land surveying and construction projects.
