We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our dynamic construction team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are accurately surveyed and mapped out. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of surveying, including setting out, leveling, and measuring. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects adhere to strict quality standards and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys and mapping out construction sites
- Setting out, leveling, and measuring construction sites
- Ensuring that all construction projects adhere to strict quality standards and safety regulations
- Managing all aspects of surveying, including data collection and analysis
- Coordinating with other members of the construction team to ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
- Providing technical support and guidance to other members of the construction team
- Ensuring that all surveying equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
- Preparing reports and documentation related to surveying activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3 years of experience as a Civil Surveyor or Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with CAD software and other surveying software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different construction sites as needed
