Responsibilities
Provide daily onsite and remote IT support.
Lead enhancement and upgrade efforts for on-premise and vendor-managed applications, including setup, configuration, and system development.
Offer comprehensive support across LAN/WAN, system installation/configuration, security technologies, and server/workstation management.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding technical concerns, issues, and solutions.
Maintain systems architecture to support core business functions.
Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, coordinating installations at the affiliate level.
Provide intermediate level support for operating systems, applications, hardware, and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Respond promptly to technical support requests from staff, aiding in the use of applications, hardware, and processes.
Manage user login credentials and permissions, including Active Directory and other line-of-business applications.
Assist the Implementation Team during Super User/Provider Training Sessions and Go Live Events.
Support the IT Team during affiliate onboarding events.
Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, phones, or necessary software for corporate staff and affiliates as needed.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of healthcare IT experience preferred; experience with EHR/PM solutions is a plus.
At least 3 years of Information Technology (IT) work experience required; MSP experience is highly preferred.
Certifications such as A , Network , Security are preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Meraki, Fortinet, RingCentral, ConnectWise, and IT Glue is highly desired.
Experience in managing servers, databases, and networks as part of application support.
Ability to quickly learn and master the tools, systems, and processes used within our organization.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels, both internal and external.
Demonstrated sound judgment in responding to inquiries and knowing when to escalate issues to the next level.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
Team player with the ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal partners and effectively engage cross-functional teams.
