We work closely with the US Navy for ongoing system design. We support programs such as IFF and Combat Integration and Identification Systems. We are looking for a cleared or clearable Senior Systems Engineer to join the team in Hollywood, MD!
Location: Hollywood, MD (will relocate!)
Remote: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
MUST have an active Secret Clearance or be eligible to obtain one.

Job Details
Experience and Responsibilities:
- MUST have an active Secret Clearance or be eligble to obtain one
- BS degree (MS preferred) in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Engineering (CE)
- System architecture and design
- Documentation and artifact capture
- Requirements Management: capture, decomposition, and tracingeligible
- Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) administration: drafting, processing, & updating
- System Engineering Technical Review (SETR) event coordination, preparation, & presentation
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Techniques & Tools: Ex. Sparx EA, IBM Rational Rhapsody Designer, NoMagic Cameo, Vitech Genesys, etc (highly preferred)
- System Integration and Testing
- Project Management: assignment delegation & monitoring, schedule creation and management, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) creation
- Change Request / Change Management (CR/CM) techniques & processes.
