We are a prestigious law firm seeking a highly skilled and result-driven Senior Trial Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time role that offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling complex cases with a team of experienced professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a broad range of litigation matters, focusing on insurance defense litigation, construction defect law, and professional liability claims. The ideal candidate must also have experience with personal injury cases and be a member in good standing of the New York Bar.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on insurance defense litigation, construction defect law, professional liability claims and personal injury cases.
4. Admission to the New York Bar and in good standing.
5. Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong research and report-writing abilities.
7. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered approach.
9. High level of integrity and professional accountability.

- Manage cases from inception to resolution and represent clients in court.
- Assess potential cases for strength and viability and develop case theories.
- Analyze complex information.
- Negotiate favorable settlements.
- Draft motions, conduct depositions and document review, and perform legal research as necessary.
- Liaise with clients and colleagues to accomplish company goals and satisfy client requests.
