Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy encompassing acquisition, retention, and loyalty marketing, brand management, and product marketing.
  • Manage and optimize customer acquisition and sales channels, including digital growth marketing, direct sales, brokers, and inbound call center.
  • Analyze customer data and insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for sales and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with other senior leaders to align revenue strategies with product development, customer experience, and operational initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop a system for measuring and reporting on sales and marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in revenue management, sales, or marketing in a consumer-focused products or services industry.
  • Well versed in Digital marketing and subscription-based, B2C product
  • Track record leading teams in outside, door to door sales and telemarketing / call center
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing revenue strategies for growth and profitability.
  • Experience leading and managing high-performance sales and marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform revenue strategies and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
