Job Details

JD or similar plus:

• 1 Years of Worker's Compensation Defense experience
• Active and in Good Standing with with South Carolina State Bar
• Excellent communication skills to walk clients through strategy and defend claims in court

We handle a wide array of workers' compensation injury claims including catastrophic injuries, death, occupational exposure, and repetitive trauma, and regularly defend claims before South Carolina Workers compensation Commission.
