Programmer
Job Summary:
The Programmer will perform software coding tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's development department. This includes ensuring that software applications operate efficiently.
To be successful, the person in this role must be innovative, motivated, forward thinking, and detail oriented as well as possess the ability to communicate effectively, have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, along with written and oral communication skills.
This position is remote and can reside anywhere in the continuous United States. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with Yardi YSR Reports, Bank Rec Helper, Custom ASP.Net pages and ASP.Net web apps
• Work in SQL query and YSR Custom report query programming
• Update existing ASP.NET code, C# code, and SQL query for custom projects like Parkway_Autoattach, Concur, Holland and Grubb VTS/Yardi Integration, and Custom report projects
• Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software
• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions
• Design, develop, and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design
• Analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as a part of a team
• Establishing a detailed program specification through discussion with clients
• Excellent organization skills and acute attention to detail
• Breaking down program specification into its simplest elements and translating this logic into a programming language
• Crash-handling and devising practical solutions to anticipated problems
• Handling the IIS and server settings for the website
• Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
• Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements
• Estimate work hours and expense for a custom design
• Design a custom webpage specific to client requirements
• Generate temporary output data for the client to test before actual implementation can be made
• Deploying the code to the production, backup code, and database on regular basis
• Reacting to problems and correcting the program as necessary
• Evaluating and increasing the program's effectiveness
• Updating, repairing, modifying, and developing existing software and generic applications
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to establish effective relationships and work well with a wide variety of people across functions and levels
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned Minimum Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• An education of a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience of 6 years in ASP, .NET, C#, and SQL programming
