We have an opening for a eager to learn Software Technical Support professional to join our team. In this position you will be working closely with customers delivering technical support services by telephone. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a technical support position and enjoy supporting our loyal customers via telephone.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, network systems, applications, and printers.
- Ensure proper functioning of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Perform installation and maintenance of mobile devices.
- Manage office computers; help out other employees with their technical problems.
- Basic Experience with JavaScript
- Basic Experience with SQL
- Basic Experience with PHP
Job Types: Part-time, Internship
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
