Work Schedule for a Transitions Services Manager

This position works with our Transitions Specialists Monday through Friday providing support, coaching, and training to ensure the JAG model components are implemented.

A Day in the Life of a Transitions Services Manager

A Transitions Services Manager works with Transitions Specialists to ensure the JAG model is successfully impacting the students within the transitions program. This individual identifies and implements best practices and strategies for transitions programs to increase services to system-involved youth and manages and supports transitions staff including training, monitoring, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating and discipline in accordance with the JAG-K policies, and procedures. The Transitions Manager is responsible for conducting monthly staff observations, regular coaching and feedback, and collects, reviews, and analyzes data to drive decisions to support continuous improvement of JAG-K programming.
