What You Will Do:
Support the Department of State and related organizations on projects both remotely and on-site
Understand client requirements, build relationships, design solutions, and drive initiatives forward
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts
Provide DevOps engineering in Azure (and possibly AWS) to deploy data science models and ETL data pipelines
Create and manage different environments (Dev, Test, Stage, Prod) to meet specific needs
Utilize various features and functions in Azure, such as managed identities, Azure Blob Storage & Azure Data Lake Storage, and unit testing
Support business development activities, internal firm initiatives, and professional development opportunities
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance
B.S. or B.A. in a quantitative, analytical, or computational discipline
Three plus (3 ) years of relevant professional experience in cloud DevOps engineering
Experience in DevOps engineering in Azure to deploy data science models and ETL data pipelines
Ability to work on remote, hybrid, or on-site projects in the greater DC metro area
What Would Be Nice To Have:
M.S. or M.A. in a quantitative, analytical, and computational discipline
5 years of relevant professional experience in cloud DevOps engineering
Proficiency in Python and experience with XML parsing
Knowledge of XML structure and schemas
Experience supporting Federal Defense & Security organizations
