Our Technicians are responsible for delivering TV and Smart Home solutions to millions of customers. As a technician, you will be trained to provide a world-class customer experience, connecting and educating more Americans with every home visit. You play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. In fact, DISH has been awarded the J.D. Power award for Overall Customer Satisfaction for six consecutive years.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

As a Field Technician, you will represent DISH by visiting customers' homes daily. Your role involves simplifying lives and consulting homeowners on the possibilities of a smart home with DISH installations.

Skills, Experience, and Requirements

All technicians must have:

The ability to build rapport quickly and provide a positive customer experience.

The ability to work at heights, including ladders up to 40 feet, and in all weather conditions.

The ability to lift over 70 lbs.

A valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment, with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards.

Possible travel requirements.

Salary Range

Compensation: $25.00/Hour
