The Customer Advocate is one of the first points of contact for our customers at Safelite. This organized and enthusiastic professional manages administrative processes, schedules, work orders, and invoices. They also greet customers in person, answer phone calls and emails, and ensure every interaction is memorable.
What You’ll Get
Competitive weekly base pay starting at $16.00/hour.
Monday through Friday work schedule, including Saturdays once you are fully trained.
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift.

What You’ll Do
Welcome customers and quickly resolve any concerns, coming up with creative solutions whenever needed.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and faxes related to service issues, pricing, warranties, scheduling, repairs, and other topics.
Ensure all work order information is accurate and complete, including insurance verification, additional parts, and missing details.
Handle administrative tasks such as buyouts, invoices, credit memos, and special orders.
Review and manage national contact center orders, as well as dealer part orders and special accounts.
Perform any other assigned duties.
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent is required.
1-3 years of experience in telephone operations or business administration.
Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and willingness to wear personal protective equipment.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
