Job Title: Cyber Assurance Risk Services Analyst

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and innovative individual to join our Cyber Assurance Risk Services (CARS) team. CARS is responsible for overseeing third-party risk management and protecting our company's data. As a CARS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of our program. This is a high-performing and continuously growing organization where feedback is valued and encouraged.
Responsibilities:
- Drive program innovation by overseeing cross-department initiatives to completion.
- Manage team communications effectively.
- Create plans, educational materials, and communications to inform stakeholders about CARS initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to manage evolving technologies and threats related to third-party security requirements.
- Build lasting partnerships with different teams while considering risk, business objectives, and impact.
- Establish positive relationships and collaborate with internal partners to influence desired outcomes.
- Proactively identify and resolve obstacles using available resources and formal channels.
- Prioritize work effectively and manage capacity efficiently.
- Provide visibility into delivery targets and progress, integrating Agile principles into team practices.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous growth by seeking feedback and incorporating it into your work.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 4 years of experience in process and change management.
- At least 3 years of experience in third-party risk management.
- At least 1 year of experience in risk management.
- At least 1 year of experience in relationship management.
- At least 1 year of experience with Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 4 years of experience in third-party risk management.
- 3 years of experience in governing risk frameworks (PCI DSS, NIST, or ISO).
- 3 years of experience in business process management or process improvement techniques.
- 1 years of experience in data analysis.
- CISSP, CTPRP, or CRISC certification is a plus.
