Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure vehicles are well-maintained and safe for customers
- Utilize Penske's tools and technologies to log, research, and complete repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics
- Perform preventative maintenance repairs such as tire replacement or rotation, vehicle component lubrication and replacement, electrical system repairs, and cooling system maintenance
- Engage in ongoing training and coaching to enhance your skills
- Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Problem-solving skills and comfort using tools
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Basic computer skills
