Job Overview:
Director of Quality Operations (Hot Manufacturing and Partners)



We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Director of Quality Operations to oversee our manufacturing facilities and partner brands. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high product quality, reducing waste, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work alongside teams from different areas of expertise and contribute to transformative change.



Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to quality processes and procedures across all manufacturing networks

Collaborate with different teams to ensure facility, material, and equipment design meet quality standards

Develop and implement quality visions and strategies for corporate and partner brands

Drive continuous improvement based on trends, manufacturing data, and customer feedback

Maintain accurate policies and procedures and ensure compliance

Track key performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities

Align quality programs with changing business needs

Manage risk and change associated with new equipment and materials

Implement solutions to eliminate risks and defects

Facilitate sharing of best practices within the manufacturing network

Develop and deliver high-quality training programs

Coach and develop teams to foster a culture of safety and excellence

Provide feedback and coaching to team members

Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Engineering, Business, or equivalent field

10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or CPG

10 years of multi-site quality or supply chain management experience

In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and food safety

Experience with quality regulations and standards

Knowledge of world class quality best practices

Experience with budget management and project development

Ability to lead and manage organizational change

Track record of developing high-performing teams
