Lead Platform Engineer - Job Opportunity

Responsibilities:
- Work with product owners to understand application capabilities and testing scenarios
- Continuously improve software engineering practices
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across various development tools and technologies
- Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions
- Stay up-to-date with tech trends, experiment with new technologies, participate in technology communities, and mentor other engineers
- Encourage innovation, diversity, teamwork, and outside-of-the-box thinking
- Utilize scripting languages like Python, SQL, Ruby, and Groovy, as well as container orchestration services, CM tools, and AWS tools and services

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 6 years of experience using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory)
- At least 5 years of experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing IBM WebSphere MQ
- At least 4 years of experience with AWS
- At least 2 years of team leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience with IBM WebSphere MQ
- 5 years of experience with AWS
- 2 years of experience in Agile practices

Salary Information:
- New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $160,200 - $182,800 for Lead Platform Engineer
- Salaries for other locations will be determined based on location and will be communicated in the offer letter
