Position Description: As a Medical Claims Trainer for Sunshine State Health Plan's Claims Operations, you will provide training on medical claims. You will develop curriculum and implement new products.

This role involves both virtual and in-person training. Candidates must reside in Florida and be willing to travel a few times per month to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

Train, inspire, and motivate employees to achieve quality and production goals

Create and implement training programs, including selecting or designing appropriate training materials

Communicate training progress to management effectively

Prepare and update class paperwork and training materials

Deliver presentations with excellent customer service skills

Analyze training needs and conduct audits

Recommend policies and procedures based on audit findings

Education/Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years of training or claims processing experience. Knowledge of managed care information systems. Advanced claims processing experience is preferred.

License/Certification: Valid driver's license.
