What You'll Do:

- Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions using full-stack development tools and technologies.
- Stay updated on the latest tech trends, experiment with new technologies, engage in technology communities, and mentor other engineers.
- Work with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans financially.
- Utilize coding languages such as JavaScript (Angular, React, Node), HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Java, Salesforce development with Apex, Native, VisualForce, Lightning framework, SOQL, REST & SOAP APIs, and RESTful web services.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in Software Engineering (Internship experience does not apply).
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Software Engineering (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce Certified Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
- 1 years of experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or similar.
- 4 years of experience in Salesforce development with Apex, Native, VisualForce, Lightning framework, SOQL.
- 2 years of experience in Agile practices.

Salary Information: The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role in the New York City location (Hybrid On-Site) are $161,900 - $184,800 for Senior Software Engineer. Candidates hired for other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
