As a Senior BI Developer you could work with bleeding edge technology as you build innovative fintech products that change the way the world pays, banks and invests. This will involve developing core versions of software applications, identifying client requirements and technical specifications, interacting with engineering groups and training clients on applications.

We are building a world class Global Data Platform using cutting edge Cloud technologies such as AWS, Snowflake, WebFOCUS, and Tableau. Leveraging Safe Agile framework to provide innovative data solutions driving real business value to both our internal and external customers.
What you will be doing:
Lead the efforts to architect, design, and implement, enterprise-wide Self Service BI framework
Architect solutions utilizing Database Servers and Big Data technologies (on prem and cloud-based) and utilize tools like WebFocus, Tableau, PowerBI, etc
Lead, facilitate and execute analytical data integration projects to improve access to performance information. Supports the Data Architect and Information Access Analysts in meeting information access goals and objectives
Strong programming and application development skills that include, SQL programming, and experience programming the requirements for loading dimension and fact tables
Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the metadata repository environment to enable user access to data definitions, processing, and business rules regarding performance metrics and analytical information resources
Take a proactive lead in identifying and recommending improvements to BI solution environment
Provide technical assistance to team and evaluate code; lead development for small/medium sized projects
Work with Data Architects/Analysts and Information Access Analysts to design and implement data integration and transformation programs and processes to enable efficient and effective access to performance measurement and other analytical information resources
Own engagement, ensure customer satisfaction, timely delivery, ensure quality
Should be able to lead strategic efforts with the business and IT with minimal or no supervision
Actively participate in the initiatives to architect, design, and implement enterprise cloud based initiatives as future strategy for aligning with Enterprise Big Data Organization
Proficiency in fine tuning/monitoring the jobs/code for better performance
Ability to provide technical support and technical quality control for all projects across all phases
Program implementation skills including project portfolio management and the planning, reporting and coordinating the work of others across multiple implementation projects concurrently
What you will need:
Bachelor’s in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or equivalent experience.
Experience in all aspects of BI (reports, dashboards) and Data Warehousing concepts
Experience managing a mature Agile Software Development Life Cycle
Experience with Amazon AWS / Cloud Computing services like EC2, S3, and Snowflake is a big plus
Experience with Agile, preferably Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises (SAFe)
Added bonus if you have:
Experience in the payments processing industry
Experience in WebFOCUS Maintain application
Experience in handling sensitive data (PCI, PII)
Familiarity with use of a wiki for documentation
