About the Team
You will join our collaborative Strategic Finance Business Partner team, primarily supporting our Institutional Solutions businesses. Effective communication skills and an inquisitive approach are key to building successful relationships and making informed recommendations.

Your Impact
- Foster collaboration and understanding between Institutional Solutions business partners and finance experts.
- Analyze financial business drivers to provide insights and improve overall results.
- Collaborate with business partners to develop key forecast business driver assumptions.
- Exercise stewardship of spend and influence direct unit costs.
- Leverage data to gain insights into earnings results and inform sales planning decisions.
- Validate and improve accuracy of reported results with the Controller's team.
- Partner with FP&A on forecast process and management reporting.
- Draft and contribute to executive-level commentary on business results and drivers.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience providing financial support in a corporate environment.

Ideal Qualifications
- Experience with insurance products and knowledge of financial reporting requirements.
- Actuarial designations (ASA, FSA, etc.).
- Experience using data and information to analyze and communicate implications.
- Intellectual curiosity to continue learning and expanding understanding.
- Ability to partner with and influence business leaders in decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
- High level of accountability, agility, and business acumen.
