Requirements of position

Professional Requirements :

Proven experience as a Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator in a warehouse environment, preferably in the cosmetics or manufacturing industry.

Experience with other forklifts is a plus)

• Valid and up-to-date certification to operate a stand-up reach truck.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory control.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities of position

The Job Squad Staffing Solutions is looking for a Forklift Operator for our client in the Miami Gardens, FL area. As a Forklift Operator you would play a crucial role in material handling, inventory management, shipping, and overall warehouse efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Safely and efficiently handle raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished cosmetic products using a stand-up reach truck.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, assist in physical inventories, and ensure accurate recording of inventory levels in the warehouse management system.
• Prepare and stage products for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
• Collaborate with the shipping team to load and unload trucks, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Operate the stand-up reach truck (Raymond) to transport, stack, and retrieve pallets of materials and products within the warehouse.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including but not limited to, picking and packing orders, palletizing, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
