We currently are hiring for a Resident Services Coordinator in New Windsor NY
Hours : Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Pay Rate : $17 per hour
Responsibilities :
- Assist with move out assessments with departing residents
- Assist with move in paperwork and home inspections
- Help residents with any questions or concerns that they may have
- Ensure facilities curb appeal
- Assist with inspecting vacant homes to ensure they are ready for move in
- Participate and help execute company-sponsored events
- Develop and maintain resident relationships
