The Email & SMS Marketing Specialist is responsible for execution of the day-to-day email & SMS marketing campaigns for direct to consumer which includes building audiences, scheduling content, executing campaign tests, validating deployment accuracy, and reporting on campaign results.

What you’ll do in this role:
- Work with the email marketing team and web designers to approve creative and test all campaigns, ensuring accuracy prior to deployment
- Partner with email marketing leaders to build an email content calendar ensuring that requests are created, updated, and scheduled to support business needs
- Conduct regular competitive assessment of email marketing programs and present findings to the email team
- Share new campaigns, tests, results, and opportunities. Including, but not limited to making presentations, recurrent reporting, and running the meeting(s)
- Work with the full email team to execute and optimize consumer lifecycle and retention initiatives
- Submit and test all promotional coupon codes prior to campaign deployment

Partner with Manager on email, SMS and loyalty marketing program enhancements leveraging behavioral signals and consumer engagement
- Demonstrate an ability to deliver project workstreams on tight deadlines with high autonomy
Requirements for success:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, eCommerce, Marketing or related degree.
- 1 years of experience with email, SMS marketing or general ecommerce marketing experience a plus
- Able to work on call holidays, nights, and weekends to monitor key scheduled deployments is required

Stay up to date on email & SMS marketing trends by following other brands and testing new strategies to grow and improve our program strategy.
- Knowledge of A/B testing desired

- MS Office knowledge including Excel or Google sheets knowledge
