CapeAble is seeking a Production Manager to join the team!
What you must be CapeAble of:
- Overseeing the warehouse inventory levels
- Supervising truck loading and scheduling to maximize efficiency and keep costs down.
- Managing labor levels to sales
- Setting productivity goals for team to achieve
- Perform minor repairs on all shop equipment
- Administering a forklift training program and ensuring compliance
- Providing periodic training for employees in tool and machine use
- Responsible for daily product quality and conformance to standards
In addition, this position works hand in hand with the floor and quality assurance teams. A candidate for this position will oversee some tasks alone, while other tasks are completed collaboratively with others to create and assemble components in accordance with our design and quality standards and to ensure we meet our delivery schedules.
