Compensation:$100,000
Responsibilities:- Obtain all necessary permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities and ensure construction is up to code
- Implement systems to organize tools, vehicles, and equipment, and schedule maintenance for them if necessary
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, construction managers, and architects to determine the needed resources and scope of work, including necessary materials and expected labor required
- Work with general contractors, critical subcontractors, and external vendors to negotiate profitable contracts
- Plan and schedule the entire construction project, including construction operations and timelines to make sure project deadlines are met

- Impoundments, AST’s, Source and Storage Facilities Management - Responsible for the safety, environmental compliance and cycle times for project productivity as well as operational execution.
- Upgrades and retrofits, routine monitoring, maintenance and upkeep, annual reporting, asset forecasting, and compliance.
- Daily contact on each project to discuss goals, priorities, and roadblocks as well as provide technical guidance.
- QMS Management: set the standards for the right equipment, make sure the vendor teams align with requirements, evaluate when new RPs are needed for operational guidance, ensure all consultants are uniformly entering data, reporting, communication, and auditing.
- Identify and implement MOC as needed and mentor vendors through the changes.
- Evaluate new technology and the effectiveness and how it can further our safety and environmental goals and operations, provide input and feedback to Water and Procurement.
- Give guidance to Water Engineering to prepare AFE Calculators and Operational Budgets.
- Data tracking and reporting and cross-departmental relationships and communication. Facilitate and execute turnkey water transfer/system projects for CNX and third parties.
- Assist with the installation and operation of water transfer and pumping facilities.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure that equipment is used in a safe and responsible manner.
- Work safely at all times surrounded by unpredictable field conditions, continuously moving equipment, and adverse weather conditions.
- Coordinate with the Completions department to ensure frac water supply and availability.
- Coordinate, schedule, troubleshoot, and supervise the daily water pipeline maintenance and repair operations.
- Oversee acquisition of materials and cost control for construction of temporary pipe, AST’s, and pump transfer
