Responsibilities

Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve targets.

Client Acquisition : Identify and engage with potential clients to expand the customer base and generate sales leads.

Negotiation : Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure fruitful partnerships.

Product Knowledge : Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively address client needs and provide solutions.

Reporting : Maintain accurate and timely sales reports, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirement

Proven Experience : Demonstrated success in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Insurance Producer Licensed preferred in Mississippi and / or Alabama, or willing to attain such licenses.

I am willing to assist with the licensing process, if needed.

Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently, set goals, and drive results without direct supervision.

Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Resilience : Ability to handle rejection, overcome challenges, and persist in the face of obstacles.

Tech Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tracking software, and other relevant tools.
