Responsibilities:

As an Associate Agent at Joe Reyes Insurance Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our agency. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Effectively market, prospect, and sell COUNTRY Financial products to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Identify and pursue new clients through various channels, such as referrals, phone outreach, networking events, and digital marketing.
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on client requirements, ensuring clarity on coverage details, terms, and premiums.
• Proactively cross-sell COUNTRY Financial products or collaborate with agency team members to provide additional coverage options to existing customers.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of local market dynamics to identify and capitalize on business development opportunities for all lines.
• Actively participate in agency and community events to enhance brand visibility and foster relationships that contribute to business growth.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to educate others on the significance of insurance and its role in mitigating everyday risk.
• Capable to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24,400.00 - $60,000.00 per year
