You will be expected to keep records and produce reports that will be used to review team performance. In this role you will be involved in the metro's paid parking program.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for excellence.
Previous leadership experience is a plus.

Qualifications : High school diploma.
High school diploma.
Previous leadership experience.

Experinence in Cashiering.
Proactive organizational skills.

Dependent upon location, employee might have to walk, stand or sit for prolonged periods. The Supervisor should be able to fill in for the other operational duties in the absence of staff when needed.

Responsibilities :
Making sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations.
Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees.
Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
Meeting deadlines.
Approving work hours.
Ensure great customer service at all levels.
Dispatching with our shuttle drivers.
Greeting customers and informing them where to park.
Assisting customers during the checkout process if help is needed.
Be flexible for operation needs and schedule (evenings and weekends)
