Customer Service Coordinator

Joe Tahan's Furniture, Utica/Rome's premier furniture company, is looking for motivated and efficient individuals to be a part of our winning customer service team. Are you organized? A team player? Can you work in a fast pace environment? Do you take pride in solving customer issues and determining a positive solution? If so, you may be a great addition to our customer service team. Full-Time positions are available immediately. Saturday rotation schedule and closed Sunday's.

• Schedule & confirm customer repair service calls.
• Coordinate & communicate with repair technicians.
• Adhere to proper warranty and protection guidelines.
• Classifying, labeling, and organizing part inventory.
• Process part orders accurately.
• Complete reports and other tasks/assignments as required.
• Assist the receiving and shipping department with incoming calls for product deliveries.
• Handle multiple responsibilities and balance priorities.
• Proactively resolve escalated customer issues.
• Perform additional functions that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible: Monday-Friday & Saturday rotation.
• Analytical, critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Must have excellent organizational skills, be efficient and complete daily tasks.
• Must have strong computer skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Consistently maintain energy, enthusiasm, and ambition.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
