Joe Wilcox Indian Den is seeking a Sales Enthusiast to join our team

• Location: Join our team at our renowned retail location in the heart of Uptown Sedona, serving customers for over 30 years with exceptional products and services.
• Product Range: We specialize in curating authentic Native American items alongside a diverse selection of Southwest gifts, including home decor, kitchen essentials, purses, moccasins, souvenirs, and Christmas ornaments year-round.
• One-Stop Shopping: With our one-stop shopping experience, we cater to every customer's needs, backed by our reputation for excellence and a loyal clientele.

• Position: We are seeking a sales associate to start three days a week, with the possibility of more days or full time in the future.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers
• Assisting customers in selecting products
• Striving to meet sales targets
• Operating the cash register with precision, we do not have a POS
• Maintaining store appearance
• Staying informed about product selection
• Assisting with freight
• Occasionally opening the store, preparing registers, and daily bank deposits if needed

Requirements:

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• Attention to detail
• Physical capability to stand and perform various tasks throughout an 8-hour shift
