Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers
- Assisting customers in selecting products
- Striving to meet sales targets
- Operating the cash register with precision, we do not have a POS
- Maintaining store appearance
- Staying informed about product selection
- Assisting with freight
- Occasionally opening the store, preparing registers, and daily bank deposits if needed
Requirements:
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.
- Attention to detail
- Physical capability to stand and perform various tasks throughout an 8-hour shift
