• We are seeking to add a new member to our team licensed with the CA SPCB as a Field Representative Branch II and III. Joel's Pest Control technicians should be friendly, punctual, trustworthy, motivated, teachable, hard working, dependable, detail oriented and understand the importance of delivering top-notch customer service. The position is full-time with starting pay based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Inspecting and controlling pest activity at commercial and residential locations.
• Completing assigned daily/monthly route.
• Collection of payments at the time of service and unpaid accounts.
• Communicating well with customers and management.
• Maintaining company issued equipment/vehicles and keeping clean/safe.
• Having reliable transportation to and from work.

Requirements:

We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely preform the following job duties with or without accommodations.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacture's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Access attic or crawl spaces
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Practice regulatory compliance through the safe handling, application, and disposal of chemicals and pesticides.
• Willing and able to stand, walk, sit, bend, crawl lift and carry for extended periods of time within crawl spaces, attics and basements.
• Climb ladders and work at heights, including in attics.
• Hold a current CA Applicators or Field Representative Branch II and III License.
• CA Driver's License
• Ability to work during the hours of 7am-6pm M-F and the occasional Saturday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
