Responsibilities

Greeting Visitors : Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.

Answering Phones : Manage incoming calls promptly, directing them to the appropriate department or providing assistance when necessary.

Scheduling : Coordinate appointments and maintain the calendar to ensure efficient scheduling for all staff.

Data Entry : Accurately input and manage client information in the database, ensuring records are up to date.

Communicating : Relay important messages and information to team members to facilitate smooth operations.

Administrative Support : Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and document management as required.

Requirement

Experience : Prior experience in a reception or customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and polite demeanor.

Team Player : Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to support overall office and client needs.
