Summary:

Marketing Assistant and Executive assistant to help manage growing business, serve as support staff to partners, sales associates, and marketing teams.

To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management, communication skills, and be able to work as a self-starter. You will contribute to the efficiency of our business by organizational and communications skills to our associates, clients, and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as point of contact among agent, clients and other external partners
  • Manage partner’s calendars and coordinate meetings
  • Provide Clients timely updates
  • Assist with Marketing Manager in various marketing Initiatives
  • Conduct research and create reports
  • Assist with Social Media management periodically
  • Maintain and update client database
  • Coordinate client gifts
  • Manage spreadsheets
  • Periodic Light travel in region

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate our unique strategy directly to business leaders and clients
  • Organizational Skills, Scheduling with Strong Attention to Detail
  • Ability to self-start and multi-task well in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Solid editing, copywriting, and presentation abilities
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders
  • Assist in coordinating companies presence at tradeshows and conservation partner events
  • Real Estate Experience/Knowledge a plus
  • Marketing or Communications Experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
