Customer Care Representative

Summary:

Work and interact with homeowners, JMC Homes employees, and trades to review, schedule, perform, and efficiently complete warranty service requests as necessary.

Job Duties:

  • Visit the home to inspect and assess the issue and determine if it is under warranty.
  • Schedule, set, and communicate all service request work.
  • Perform all necessary follow through, communication, and scheduling with both the homeowner and the trade to complete service requests.
  • Keep accurate service request logs and documentation of all work performed.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Three years customer relations experience, construction field experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Be highly organized, detail oriented, and efficient in approaching tasks
