BASIC FUNCTION:

The Receiving Lead will be responsible for leading employees involved in loading and unloading materials, checking invoices, pulling stock, along with supervising the Bulk Pickers & Replenishers in a unionized environment.

YOUR MAIN FOCUS WILL BE:

· Lead hourly Receiving employees by verifying correct product placement in the warehouse.

· Ensure proper rotation of products.

· Entering product loads into the system with quantity accuracy.

· Lead and manage hourly Bulk Pickers by assigning work via the internal system.

· Manage Cases Per Hour (CPH) via the guidelines of the union contract.

· Ensure employees are working safely & responsibly.

· Validate/monitor the time and attendance of hourly employees per the payroll policy.

· Work closely with the Inventory & Sales Team concerning product placement and add-on items.

· Lead and manage replenishers to verify pick locations are full of the correct product.

OTHER DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

· Coordinating supplier deliveries.

· Combining and separating invoices.

· Audit product locations within the warehouse.

· Manage the Breakage Process for the shift.

· Working closely with the Recycling department.

· Manage the dunnage (empty kegs) exiting the warehouse.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

· Proficient with the use of iPads, laptops, and Microsoft Tools.

· Ability to understand complex verbal and written instructions.

· Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

· Strong leadership skills and organizational abilities.

· Exceptional time management skills.

· Learning agility.

· Lift up to 20 lbs. on a regular basis

· Work extended hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
