About the Role :
The purpose of the Educator Advisor (EA) is to engage, monitor, and communicate with state residents in order to support them and ensure that they successfully progress through their educational journey.
The Resident Success Coach is knowledgeable of the Beyond and Tuition Manager Platforms and information contained within dependent on the specific state-arrangement.
How you will make an impact :
- Work with state residents to develop a personalized plan to utilize education benefits available through the state.
- Build relationships with state residents by completing advising appointments and recording information in the student's CRM profile.
- Follows department workflow, state-specific workflow, and additional workflow items as directed by State Initiative Director.
- Reviews and updates information collected from advising appointments of new state residents to help identify alignment of the individual's educational goals and organizational goals which drives adaptive communication strategy.
- Assist state resident with setting and maintaining professional and educational goals.
- Complete communication efforts according to a contact strategy for assigned status or stage.
- Maintain state resident record management detailing pre-eligibility status, enrollment plans, and all communication records.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
We are looking for people who :
- A bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of advising experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Traveling up to 5%. - Training purposes only.
