Summary:
Screens and handles routine matters for the Office of the President; performs administrative duties such as drafting, editing, and typing complex reports, developing, implementing, and maintaining appropriate office protocol and organization, as well as competently executing the day-to-day administrative tasks.
Education:
Requires two years of college-level coursework, technical business school, or equivalent.
Experience:
Three to five years of related experience.
Requires thorough knowledge of secretarial, office, and administrative procedures.
Knowledge of standard PC word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics applications.
Knowledge of standard office equipment.
