Position Summary:

Responsible for leading employees with inventory and distribution activities of supplies after regularly scheduled clinic hours.

Competencies:

A. Education:

Work requires a high school level of knowledge in order to complete various forms, perform calculations, and communicate with Hospital and University personnel.

B. Knowledge:

Work requires analytical ability necessary to maintain inventory location filing system and proper cataloging of inventory.

C. Skills:

Work requires strong interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively with subordinates, as well as with personnel in other Hospital and University departments.

D. Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.:

None.

E. Work Experience

Work requires knowledge of departmental policies and procedures, inventory stocking and distribution, and thorough understanding of automated inventory control systems and reports normally acquired during two years experience.
