Sr. SAP Process Architect

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

The Sr. SAP Process Architect is responsible for the strategy, architecture, and project execution across JM's global SAP production environment. The position is also accountable for the SAP application architecture and high level solution design, ensuring solutions are effective, reliable, scalable, and supportable.

Currently, this position requires work at the Denver, CO and is not fully remote, we do allow two days work from home.

Your Day to Day:

• Strategy, architecture, and project execution of JM's SAP production environment
• Project manage key cross functional projects
• Facilitate new cross functional solution design, new platform reviews, technology tool evaluation for business applications.
• Conduct cross functional POCs for new solutions/technologies/tools
• Develop and drive S4 strategy and implementation approach with Enterprise Architecture
• Facilitate business capability roadmap development, revisions, and progress
• Assist Business Process Managers in formulating solution options / approaches to meet business needs
• Proactively identify and analyze new technologies and align them to business vision, strategies, and outcomes
• Facilitate new platform reviews, technology tool evaluation and business application evaluation.
• Lead, guide, coach and mentor peers on design standards, implementation strategies and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership for solution design, configuration, deployment and maintenance direction to enable business performance
• Lead cross functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into practical applied solutions across multiple manufacturing platforms and technologies
• Lead design and implementation work across process teams to implement integrated business solutions
• Accountable for high level solution designs across all process areas ensuring they meet the business needs and IT supportability needs
• Analyze the SAP environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
• May be required to perform other related duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 years applied technical/configuration experience with SAP or other ERP and/or manufacturing systems and technologies and 7 years of experience with manufacturing companies with global operations. Including at least two years as a business process architect
• Significant experience in ECC 6.0 or greater
• SAP S/4 HANA experience highly preferred
• Significant experience in at least 2 other SAP systems includes SRM, SCM / APO, PI / PO, TM, QIM, Solution Manager or Mii
• Expert knowledge and configuration of several SAP modules including at least one complex SAP module.
• Proven experience working on full lifecycle deployment on two large scale ERP implementations
• Recognized as the technical/functional authority globally
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to design end-to-end solutions
• Proven ability to optimize SAP best practices
• Proven ability to technically mentor others
• Demonstrated ability to interact with business owners to gather requirements for developing and enhancing critical IT solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and process design flows
• Strong project management skills
• Strong business process understanding, experience in business process design
• Vision of how to improve business process and ERP system further to continuously generate added business value
