Key Responsibilities:
- Drive supply chain activities including demand planning, new product launch planning, inventory planning, and supply network planning.
- Responsible for attaining and driving improvements to Key Performance Indicators, including forecast accuracy (MAPE, bias), inventory entitlement, Slow Moving/Obsolete (SLOB), and customer service (OTIF).
- Lead and facilitate the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)/ Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for assigned product portfolio to align market and financial requirements with manufacturing capabilities.
- Lead the long-term product portfolio supply chain strategy by partnering with Global Strategic Marketing and New Product Management to develop demand scenarios and strategies. Collaborate with Manufacturing and/or External Operations on corresponding supply scenarios and strategies. Communicate and elevate concerns to management to ensure an appropriate response strategy is developed and deployed.
- Create and apply in-depth analytical tools to support issue resolution, decision making, and execution oversight.
- Build collaborative relationships with team members including Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, External Operations, NPI, R&D, and Quality.
- Use lean concepts and Six Sigma tools to develop and successfully implement supply chain solutions, processes, and systems improvements.
- Support and/or lead supply chain/planning projects as needed (e.g. improve supply chain flexibility, reduce costs, etc.).
- Prepare related presentations for senior management with minimal coaching as required.
- Provide thought leadership and direction to peers through training and coaching.
- Responsible for setting and achieving US regional inventory targets as well as partnering with CLS in execution of SLOB & MDA processes. This includes: tracking of actual inventory to business plan/entitlement, root cause analysis and corrective action plans for variances, identification of slow-moving and obsolete inventory, and implementation of cost reduction opportunities while ensuring no impact to customer service objectives.
Salary : $88,000 - $142,600
