In this role, you’ ll create, implement, and manage training programs for employees on COVID policies, procedures, and related health and safety training. Overall, your contribution results in everyone having a strong sense of how to ensure the safety of students and all who are on campus.
Some of your tasks include the following:
Work with managers to identify individual and departmental training needs
Coordinate with third-party vendor training options to evaluate vendors for programs and instructional classes
Maintain metrics and reporting mechanism to track progress of employee COVID training
Manage employee certification database
Provide instruction to employees on a variety of courses.
Training Specialist Requirements
Bachelor’ s degree in business administration, education. HR, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in HR Management or other related field
At least 3 years of training experience
Proficient in MS office applications
