The AI/ML Solutions Manager will be responsible for driving the operations of AI/ML enabled closed loop digital projects, with an initial focus on the Janssen Omni-channel Healthcare Professional (HCP) program including the flagship program - Janssen Experience Transformation (JET). This manager will support the Janssen US Therapeutic Areas (TAs) in orchestrating the HCP omni-channel releases and will ensure coordination across TAs with a high level of focus on backlog and delivery. The candidate will be accountable for establishing an effective working environment, including management of scope, content, processes, technologies, and team dynamics.

This role works closely with all stakeholders to identify scaling and standardization opportunities across TAs as we scale JET across all brands and TAs and ensures that programs like JET are established as scalable and sustainable platforms that are responsive to Janssen commercial needs.

Major responsibilities include orchestrating and overseeing the end-to-end testing, release management, long-term roadmap, prioritization, and related documentation.

Key partnerships include all Janssen NA Pharm businesses including JET Operations, advanced analytics, data sciences and data engineering, sales, marketing, Commercial Excellence, business technology teams. This individual will report directly to the Director, AI and ML in the Janssen Commercial Excellence organization.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education:

• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or equivalent field.
• MS / MBA preferred.

Required Years of Related Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in analytics, management consulting, project management or equivalent field is required (commercial experience preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience with AI/ML enabled digital product development in a commercial, medical affairs, scientific affairs and/or R&D environment is required
• Experience leading, working with, and coaching teams in an Agile setting is required
• Experience influencing and facilitating effective internal communications and collaborations in a matrixed and fast-paced environment is required
• Strong partnering skills and technical domain know-how to successfully lead, engage and influence colleagues is required
• Strong problem-solving ability with a solution-oriented mindset in a cross-functional team to push the pace of progress is required
• Proven experience in prioritizing and managing a complicated portfolio of projects required
• Understanding of business priorities and strategy to prioritize data science use cases and drive data-driven business decisions is required
• Experience in working with product owners and driving continuous improvements in process, personnel, and technologies is required
• Expertise in code automation frameworks and platforms is preferred
• Experience in leading / working with a team of developers to ensure timely development, deployment, and adoption of data science solutions is highly preferred
• Passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas while embracing change is required
