The Product Manager will work with the Product Director to help lead the implementation of strategies and tactics of our schizophrenia brands. The individual in this position will have the opportunity to develop and implement healthcare professional marketing/professional promotion initiatives.

The Product Manager will collaborate across all functions of our marketing team, CAC, medical, sales leadership, sales training, and our agency partners.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Drive implementation of brand strategy
  • Ensure new positioning and creative strategy is represented in HCP marketing strategies and tactics
  • Key components will include detailed tactical plans, agency management, CAC review, and creative/message development and execution.
  • Help develop integrated marketing plans aligned to business goals and strategic imperatives.
  • Implementation of key brand strategies
  • Assist in content development for sales meetings (Live POA/Virtual)
  • Lead the development of selling assets and resources - digital and print
  • Align and engage with the salesforce to drive appropriate use of materials and gather practical insights.
  • Manage key brand properties such as HCP websites, print resource inventory and optimization, claims matrix and label updates.
Qualifications

Education:
  • A minimum of a B.A. or a B.S. degree is required, and an MBA is helpful.

Required Experience and Skills:
  • A minimum of 4 years business experience, of which at least 3 years of successful and dynamic experience in Sales, Sales leadership, Sales Learning & Development, Marketing, Payer or related fields.
  • Your ability to be creative, hardworking, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, is fundamental.
  • You will need to demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work with a team to be successful.
  • Your experience of balancing multiple demands and priorities on time, leading teams, gaining alignment and drive decision-making is essential to the success of this position.
  • Ability to work in the Titusville, NJ office 3 days a week and may require travel up to 25% domestically.

The base pay range for this position is $99k to $148k. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
